Scott Hinkle has extensive experience in the field of optometry and sales training. Since August 1992, Scott has worked at Alcon Laboratories, Inc., currently serving as Manager of Sales Training. Prior to this role, Scott directed North America Training for CIBA Vision from August 1992 until March 2011, coinciding with the acquisition of CIBA Vision by Novartis and its integration into Alcon. Earlier in Scott's career, from August 1983 to July 1992, Scott practiced as an Optometrist in an optometric practice. Scott earned a Doctor of Optometry degree from Ferris State University in 2000.
