Shu Zong

Shu Zong, Ph.D., possesses extensive experience in research and development within the vision care sector, currently serving as Vice President of R&D at Alcon. Previously, Shu held prominent positions at CIBA Vision, including Senior Director of New Product Management and Head of Global R&D Finance. Shu began the career at SONY as an R&D Project Manager. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bremen and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North China University of Technology.
