Taiya Allen

Taiya Allen has over 20 years of work experience in engineering roles. Taiya started their career at Sealed Air Corporation in 1996 as a Process Engineer in the Paper Mill Division. In 2001, they moved to Johns Manville as a Process Engineer in the EPG department and worked there until 2008. Then, they joined Alcon, a Novartis Division, where they held various roles including Sr. Engineer I, Sr. Engineer II, and Engineer II from 2008 to 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to Alcon, a Novartis Company, as a Principal Engineer and continued in that position until 2020. Currently, Taiya is working at Alcon as a Principal Engineer II.
