Victor Alberto Crismanis Almeida Lopes has extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance within the healthcare industry, currently serving as Associate Director - Global Quality Compliance at Alcon since May 2011. In this role, Victor ensures adherence to organizational QA standards, international regulations, and government mandates, leveraging expertise in ISO and Lean Six Sigma. Previous positions include Head of Quality Assurance, where oversight of pharmaceutical, food, and medical device sectors was provided, and QA Manager, responsible for strategic planning and quality system implementation. Victor’s background also features roles as QA Coordinator and Manufacturing Coordinator, along with a foundational experience as Process Control Analyst at both Alcon and the Teaching Hospital of Universidade de São Paulo. Victor holds a degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from USP and furthered education with a postgraduate degree from Instituto Racine.
