Wadim Betz

Wadim Betz has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Wadim started their career at Siemens, where they completed an apprenticeship for software development from August 2007 to June 2010. Wadim then worked at Merck Gruppe as an Engineer from August 2013 to September 2014. After that, they joined Actemium, where they worked in multiple roles, including Project Engineer from November 2014 to March 2016, System Owner/Project Coordinator from April 2016 to December 2019, and finally as a Project Manager from January 2020 to February 2022. Currently, Wadim is employed at Alcon as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, starting from February 2022.

Wadim Betz obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their IT specialist training at Siemens Professional Education from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they have certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Emory Continuing Education and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, both obtained in 2020 and 2021 respectively. Wadim also received additional certifications from Siemens and Microsoft.
