Zoya Fenn, MBA has a diverse work experience in various companies. Zoya started their career in 2007 as a Manager in KPMG US, where they played a key role in planning and implementing Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) projects. Zoya'sresponsibilities included project management, business process modeling, requirements definition, vendor selection assistance, federal grant management, quality assurance, and executive level management support.

In 2013, Zoya joined Alcon, a Novartis division, as the IT Head Director of PMO Corporate Systems. Zoya held this position until 2015, where they oversaw the corporate systems' project management office.

From 2015 to 2017, Zoya worked for Novartis as the Director of IT Operations in the Global Commercial IT division. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness within the IT department.

Following that, Zoya transitioned to the role of Director of IT Service Excellence in Technology Architecture and Digital at Novartis from 2017 to 2019. Zoya'sresponsibilities included driving IT service excellence, managing technology architecture, and overseeing digital initiatives.

Zoya's most recent position was at Alcon, where they served as the Office of the CIO Director of Strategic Programs from 2019 to 2022. Zoya then transitioned to the role of Technology and Transformation Director of Change and Communication in the same company.

Throughout their career, Zoya displayed strong leadership skills and expertise in IT project management, strategic planning, and business process optimization. Zoya Fenn, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from the University at Albany, SUNY, from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Mathematics at Irkutsk State University from 2000 to 2005. In 2003 to 2004, they pursued studies in business and economics at Fairfield University. Additionally, Zoya Fenn holds a certification as an Adkar Change Practitioner from Prosci, obtained in 2021.
