Rachael Keilty is an experienced HR professional with a background in various leadership roles. Rachael is currently the Human Resources Director at Alcool NB Liquor since 2023. Prior to this, Rachael worked at FMI - Franchise Management Inc. from 2012 to 2023, where they served as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing a team and supporting 6500 employees in North America. Rachael was responsible for various HR functions and ensured regulatory compliance. Rachael also has experience at McCain Foods as a Manager of Human Resources, where they provided full-cycle HR services and acted as a subject matter expert for talent management systems. Additionally, they worked at McConnell Transport Ltd as a Recruitment Manager, handling talent acquisition and compliance-related tasks.
