Adriana Bzova

Adriana Bzova is a skilled personnel specialist with extensive experience in personnel accounting, global employment, and labor legislation. Currently employed at Alcor since March 2022, Adriana oversees various aspects of personnel management. Prior to this role, Adriana served as the Head of Personnel at the Center of the Insurance Fund Documentation, managing personnel administration and monitoring labor legislation from August 2020 to March 2022. Additionally, Adriana held positions as a Legal Advisor at both the Center of the Insurance Fund Documentation and the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Institute, where responsibilities included conducting business operations, managing contracts, and engaging with regulatory bodies. Adriana holds a Master's degree in Law from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
