Tamara Pavlenko

Tamara Pavlenko is currently working at Alcor as a Middle Recruiter. Tamara actively participates in closing non-technical vacancies, collaborates with researchers for candidate searches, builds relationships with Hiring Managers, participates in recruiting process optimization, and onboard new colleagues. Prior to their current role, Tamara has also worked as a Sourcer Lead, Junior Recruiter, Office Manager, HR Assistant, and Junior HR Specialist in different companies. Tamara is pursuing a Master's degree in Management of Investments and Innovations at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
