Tammie Sedlock

Tammie Sedlock, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at The Gill Corporation, where leadership and direction are provided for a workforce of approximately 275 employees in the aerospace and industrial sectors. Formerly, Tammie held various HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources/Sr. HR Business Partner at Century Engineering, LLC, where efficient HR services were implemented for over 500 staff members. Previous positions include HR Consultant at Drumwood Consulting, Director of Human Resources at MetaCoastal, and Director of Human Resources at TBI/Tissue Banks International, among others. Tammie possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Human Resources from Strayer University.
