Janet Fyles

Janet Fyles is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Alcority since December 2021, Janet previously held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Solera Holdings Inc. (DMEautomotive LLC) from June 2010 to December 2021, where support was provided to 400 employees in North America and 350 global IT employees, alongside collaborating with the leadership team on global HR strategies. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Fiserv in 2007-2008, Human Resources Manager at Precor from 2002 to 2007, and Human Resources Consultant at Weyerhaeuser from 1994 to 2001. Janet holds an MBA and an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.
