Tonya Madison

Tonya Madison, PHR, is an experienced HRIS professional currently serving as HRIS Director at Alcority since January 2022. Previously, Tonya held the same position at RealPage, Inc. from December 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing system implementations, process improvements, and data analytics for HR functions. With extensive experience at Omni Hotels & Resorts, Zale, Atrium, United Surgical Partners International, Dean Foods, Perot Systems, and TVA, Tonya has developed expertise in HRIS management, benefits administration, and systems integration. Tonya is pursuing a PhD in Sociology at Texas Woman's University and holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science.
