Samuel Hockfield

Samuel Hockfield is currently the Vice President of Investments at Alcova Capital Management, where Samuel provides bridge loans and structured equity investments to middle market commercial real estate projects. Prior to this role, Samuel worked as an Investment Associate at Corridor Ventures and gained industry knowledge at CBRE. Samuel also has experience in banking, business management, events coordination, and golf operations. Samuel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from the University of Michigan and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment at New York University.
