Alcuin School
Valeria Fernandez is an experienced educator specializing in Spanish language instruction and curriculum development. Currently a Primary Spanish Teacher at Alcuin School since August 2023, Valeria previously served as an Elementary Montessori Guide at both Lumin Education and Archgate Montessori Academy. In addition to teaching, Valeria worked as a Curriculum Developer and Consultant for the Dallas Independent School District, focusing on Spanish content for bilingual programs. With a background in tutoring and early childhood education, Valeria has also developed e-learning content and trained teachers in Spanish curriculum. Valeria's educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Instituto Superior de Educación Inicial Sara C Eccleston and further studies at Universidad Católica de Salta and Shelton School & Evaluation Center.
