Kirsty Nowland

Kirsty Nowland has over 19 years of work experience, primarily in the retail industry. Kirsty is currently the Global Head of Learning & Engagement at Alcumus since February 2022. Prior to that, Kirsty worked as a Learning & Development Manager at Alcumus from April 2019 to February 2022. Before joining Alcumus, they worked at Marks and Spencer for a significant part of their career, holding various roles such as Learning & Development Consultant from October 2015 to April 2019, Store Visual Manager from October 2014 to September 2015, and Retail Learning & Development Consultant from January 2013 to October 2014. Kirsty also worked at Marks and Spencer as a Store Manager, Commercial Manager, Section Manager, and Team Coordinator between 2002 and 2012.

Kirsty Nowland completed their A Levels in Business, IT, and Music at St David's Catholic College, Cardiff from 2002 to 2004. Kirsty then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting and Business/Management at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2004 to 2008.
