Matthew Trueman

Matthew Trueman is an experienced professional in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as Director of Operational Excellence at Alcumus since May 2018, having previously held roles as Head of Continuous Improvement and Business Improvement Manager. Prior experience includes positions at The Royal Mint, where Matthew was an NPI Engineer responsible for product introductions and quality management, as well as a Toolroom Teamleader overseeing a team of 40. Earlier roles also include Operations Graduate at The Royal Mint, focused on process improvement, and graphic design positions at Morgansconsult and Morgan Entertainment, where Matthew developed graphical solutions and streamlined production processes. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Automotive Design from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
