Pierpaolo Spisani

Pierpaolo Spisani has several years of experience in information technology and leadership roles. From 2012 to present, they have been the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at ALD Automotive Italia, where they are responsible for business strategy development and information security. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they served as the CIO at Gruppo Vona. Before that, from 2007 to 2010, they worked as an IT Specialist at CRIF S.p.A., supporting financial applications for major Italian and international banks. Pierpaolo also has experience as a Senior Consultant for TSF S.p.A. and as a Networks and Systems Engineer at Brain Technology S.p.A.

Pierpaolo Spisani has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields and institutions. In 1992 to 1997, they attended ITIS "G. Galilei" Pontecorvo in Pontecorvo, Italy, where they obtained a Perito Tecnico Industriale in Elettronica e Telecomunicazioni, specializing in electronics and telecommunications. Continuing their education, in 2001 to 2007, they attended the Cisco Networking Academy, focusing on networking and cybersecurity administration.

In 2013, Pierpaolo pursued IT service management at EXIN, earning a certification in IT service management. Pierpaolo further expanded their knowledge in this field by attending a Masterclass on Cybersecurity at Columbia University in 2020. The same year, they obtained a certificate in Quantum Computing from The Coding School.

In their continuous pursuit of learning, Pierpaolo completed additional certifications. In 2013, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITILF) from EXIN, and in 2020, they completed the Elements of AI course offered by the University of Helsinki.

Most recently, in 2021, Pierpaolo enrolled in the Bologna Business School, specializing in Business Innovation Design.
