Jen Martin Assoc Cipd

Jen Martin Assoc CIPD has over a decade of experience in learning and development, currently serving as Learning and Development Manager and previously as People Development Advisor at ALD Automotive UK since September 2012. Responsibilities include designing and delivering technical and soft skill training programs. Jen also has a role at Mentor Mums as a Voluntary Match Co-Ordinator & Mentor, supporting mothers transitioning back to work. Notable achievements include managing a new Credit Control team to reduce aged debt and receiving recognition from the BVRLA with an industry fleet hero award in 2017. Jen holds a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Learning and Development, obtained from ICS Learn in 2019.
