Roxana Radu

Roxana Radu serves as the HR Manager at DKV Mobility since October 2023, following a successful tenure at DB Schenker where the role included managing a team in Payroll, Administration, GDPR, and Compensation & Benefits, alongside overseeing HR operations across SGBS and developing job grading methodologies. Prior experience at Siemens included multiple HR roles that encompassed HR business partnership, talent acquisition, and organizational development, contributing significantly to recruitment strategies and performance management systems. Roxana began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at RCS&RDS, and holds a degree in Psychology and Educational Science from the University of Bucharest.
