Lex Ruijter

Lex Ruijter serves as Pega Lead at Bovemij from September 2024 and as Global Pega Application Manager at Ayvens since October 2023, where Lex established a Pega community with over ten teams and a Center of Excellence, focusing on strategy and application design for LeasePlan. Currently at LeasePlan since March 2021, Lex also holds the roles of Global Pega Application Manager and Product Owner for Digital Onboarding. Prior experience includes Business & Technology Delivery Manager at Accenture and Management Consultant at BearingPoint Caribbean. Lex's earlier career involved roles at IBS BV, ING Australia, Sailing Adventure, Capgemini, and Amedes BV - Adesso, building foundational project management skills and leading various consultancy assignments. Lex holds an engineer's degree from HTS Dordrecht in Economical Business Techniques.
