Shubhya Pandey

Shubhya Pandey is a seasoned lawyer currently serving as a Senior Lawyer and International Commercial Legal Counsel at Ayvens since July 2023, specializing in contract drafting, negotiation, and validation across various agreements. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Lawyer at ALD INTERNATIONAL and Head of Legal at ALD Automotive, overseeing legal operations nationwide and managing contracts with customers and partners. Shubhya has also held roles at Tata Interactive Systems as Manager Legal, focusing on domestic and international contract negotiations, and in the Law and Legislative Affairs Department, where responsibilities included drafting agreements for government departments. Early legal experience includes a judicial clerkship at the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and internships at DSK Legal and the World Wildlife Fund. Shubhya holds a BALLB (Hons.) from Hidayatullah National Law University, with honors in Constitutional Governance and Corporate Governance.
