Faisal Saleem, FMVA®, serves as the Group Senior Vice President - Sustainable Development & Supply Chain at ALDAR, where responsibilities include managing sustainable design, construction, and supply chain best practices in alignment with the company's sustainability strategy and net-zero action plan. Previously, Faisal held the role of Head of Sustainability at Aldar Investment, leading sustainability initiatives across various subsidiaries. Prior experience includes roles at Masdar, where Faisal managed projects focused on sustainability and social responsibility, and at Descon Engineering Limited, overseeing substantial procurement operations. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education program from Harvard Business School, an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and a Diploma in Purchasing & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) in the UK.
