Chief Experience Officer at Aldara Hospital and Medical Center

An experienced, customer-oriented hotelier, Hagop is the chief experience officer at Aldara. He is a leader in executing Aldara’s vision to set new standards in patient experience.

Before joining Aldara, Hagop was the managing director of the hospitality division in the Royal Private Affairs. Between 2012 and 2014, he was the CEO of Naufar, a world-class medical Center of wellness and recovery for the people of Qatar suffering from substance use disorders, stress and anxiety.

Throughout his career, Hagop has excelled in building an exceptional customer experience for various hotel brands and has led five luxury hotel openings in four different cities. Under his leadership, the Hilton Jeddah was awarded the best business hotel in 2003, the Raffles Dubai was considered the region’s best hotel and Burj Al Arab was recognized as one of the world’s most luxurious hotels.

Hagop achieved a BBA in hospitality management from Glion Institute Switzerland and has completed further training in general management at the International Institute for Management Development, Switzerland.
