Maria Calixtro Alcarraz

Maria Calixtro Alcarraz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Maria began their career in 2014 as an Analyst of Requirements at TE.SA.M. PERU S.A. representative Globalstar Inc., where they were responsible for understanding and representing software functionality and behavior. Maria also worked with databases such as MySQL and Oracle 11G. In 2014, they joined the Ministerio de la Producción as an Functional Analyst, where they gathered and managed client functional requirements for projects. Maria then moved to Indecopi Oficial in 2015, working as an Analyst of Quality Control, conducting system tests and documentation. From 2016 to 2019, Maria worked at SERATIC LTDA as a Mobile Solutions Consultant, presenting and demonstrating IT solutions to clients and preparing technical and economic proposals. Their most recent role was with Masivian from 2019 to 2022 as an IT Business Developer, managing projects for process improvement and automation, as well as strengthening client relationships and managing requirements. Maria is currently working at Aldeamo as a Business Development Manager for Peru and Bolivia.

Maria Calixtro Alcarraz completed their Grado en Ingeniería in Ingeniería informática from Universidad Ricardo Palma from 2009 to 2014. In 2018, they studied Metodologias agiles at the National University of Engineering, with a focus on Scrum fundamentals. Maria also attended the National University of Engineering in 2016 for a degree in Gestión de proyectos. Furthermore, they completed the Programa inglés avanzado at the Instituto Cultural Peruano Norteamericano from 2006 to 2009.

In terms of additional certifications, Maria obtained the Fundamentos de ventas Sandler from Sandler in July 2022. In September 2019, they acquired the Scrum Product Owner Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
