Dawn Neubauer

Dawn Neubauer currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Home Health and Hospice at The Alden Network, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Dawn held the position of Director of Centralized Nurse Triage at DuPage Medical Group from November 2014 to December 2021. Educationally, Dawn Neubauer holds a Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Northern Illinois University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago, and a Diploma in Nursing Science from Lutheran General School of Nursing. Additionally, a Bachelor of Applied Science was also obtained from Loyola University Chicago.
