Susan Bertrand

Susan Bertrand has over 10 years of experience in project management. Susan began their career in 2008 as the Director of Program Management Office for the American Cancer Society. In 2009, they worked as a PMO Specialist for gantthead.com and as Principal PMO Practice for BOT International. In 2010, they became the Director of Operational Integration for ista North America. In 2012, they worked as a Project Management Office Manager for TMX Finance. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Product Manager for InfoTycoon. Susan then moved back to Homebridge Financial Services, Inc. as a Senior Servicing Project Manager from 2017 to 2020. Most recently, in 2023, they began working as an Implementation Project Manager for Alden Systems.

Susan Bertrand completed their Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Mississippi between 1977 and 1981.
