Neal Peterson

Neal Peterson has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Field Service Operations at Alder Holdings, LLC since May 2013. Previous positions include roles as Customer Loyalty and Retention Manager, Manager of Customer Loyalty and Retention, and Sales Manager and Recruiter at Alder Holdings. Neal also contributed to Utah Valley University as Vice President of UVU Student Alumni Traditions and Alumni Relations from September 2015 to May 2017. Earlier career experience includes working as a Personal Banker and Teller at Wells Fargo, where Neal ranked among the top three in the state for customer service and consistently exceeded sales goals while overseeing training for fellow bank employees. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Utah Valley University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
