Jorge Davalos M.

Jorge Davalos M. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership talent acquisition and advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Alder Koten since June 2012, Jorge focuses on executive search, cultural and leadership assessment. As a Board Member of the US Chapter at IESE Business School since March 2019, Jorge contributes to the institution's governance. Previously, Jorge was a Partner at AMROP Seeliger y Conde from January 2008 to June 2012 and held a senior managerial role in Strategy at Deloitte from November 2005 to December 2007, where significant projects included a growth roadmap for Lloyds TSB. Prior experience includes serving as Engagement Manager at VISION Consulting Ltd. from January 1997 to November 2005, with responsibilities for post-merger integration at Scottish Water. Jorge holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a BA in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
