Andreea Iosub

Andreea Iosub has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andreea is currently the Director of Data Strategy and Transformation at Aldermore Bank since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at AND Digital from November 2021 to March 2023. Andreea also served as a Data Strategy Consultant at Chubb from March 2021 to August 2021.

Before entering the corporate sector, Andreea founded and served as the CEO of Off the Wall Consulting, an international consultancy company specializing in digital transformation, strategy and planning, organizational design and change, and stakeholder engagement. During their time at Off the Wall Consulting from March 2018 to May 2021, they managed a team of three and was responsible for managing projects involving international membership bodies, intergovernmental organizations, companies, and public bodies.

Andreea's experience also includes working as an Augmented Reality Project Advisor at the United Nations Office at Geneva in February 2019. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Addo Consult Group from January 2012 to June 2018. In this role, they oversaw the development and delivery of over 45 projects across 14+ countries, benefiting charities, private companies, and public bodies. Andreea managed teams of up to 10 members and was responsible for all aspects of change and program management.

Additionally, Andreea worked as a freelance Learning and Development Specialist from January 2012 to September 2017. Andreea developed and implemented international training and coaching programs for adults, delivering courses in various countries. Andreea started their career as a Project Coordinator at SOS Children's Villages, where they coordinated a long-term education and residential program for young people in vulnerable situations at the Romanian branch of the organization.
