Angela Gray

Angela Gray has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Angela began their career as a Project & Systems Co-ordinator at Motherwell Bridge Ltd in 1989. Angela then moved on to work as an Information & Projects Co-ordinator at the Royal College of General Practitioners from 2004 to 2007. Angela then joined Tarmac Limited as an Internal Process Manager, where they were responsible for leading improvement initiatives and implementing projects such as a sales payment card platform and a cash collection initiative. In 2013, they joined LafargeTarmac as a Strategic Assessment Manager, focusing on the development of market insights and value propositions. Since 2014, Angela has been with Aldermore Bank PLC, where they have held various roles such as Strategic Sales and Service Manager, Head of Strategic Initiatives in Business Finance, Group Services and Operations Director, Quality and Change Delivery Director, and currently serves as a Business Delivery Director. Their work at Aldermore Bank has involved strategic planning, project management, and delivering operational excellence.
