Ben Steele

Ben Steele has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Ben started their career at HSBC in 2004, where they held various roles including Senior Auditor & Surveyor, Client Management and Operations, and Senior Business Development Manager. Ben later became a Business Development Director, Corporate at HSBC. In 2021, they joined Sonovate as a Business Development Executive, focusing on the UK, Ireland, and USA markets. Currently, they are serving as the Business Development Director for Receivables Finance & ABL at Aldermore Bank.

Ben Steele attended Chichester College from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they studied at Worthing High School from 1996 to 2000. In terms of certifications, Ben obtained the Certified International Trade Finance Specialist (LIBF) qualification from The London Institute of Banking & Finance in 2020. Ben also earned The Asset Based Finance Association (ABFA) Diploma in 2013 and The Asset Based Finance Association (ABFA) - Certificate in 2012. Additionally, Ben completed a HSBC - Risk Management course in 2012.
