Dana Richardson

Dana Richardson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service continuity and transformational services. Currently serving as the Manager of the IT Service Continuity Practice at eHealth Saskatchewan since August 2024, Dana previously held various roles at 3sHealth from April 2007 to August 2024, including Analyst, Transformational Services, and Support Services Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting payroll and benefit systems, maintaining system infrastructure, and analyzing benefit plans for stakeholders. Additionally, Dana served as an HRIS Specialist/Business Analyst, focusing on project management and requirements analysis, and began the career as a Benefits Services Officer, administering group benefits for healthcare employees. Dana holds a CBAP Level III certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis and graduated from the University of Regina.
