Curtis S. serves as an HR Analytics Partner and Chair of VetNet at Aldermore Bank since August 2019, focusing on automation projects and technologies such as RPA, IA, and AI through UiPath. Recognized as a guardian of the Employer Recognition Silver Award by the Ministry of Defence, Curtis previously held the position of Group Payroll & People Operations Manager and is regarded as an established leader in Payroll, Operations, and Business Partnering with a strong emphasis on strategic and data-driven initiatives.
