Jessica Hurley

Jessica Hurley is an experienced Senior Reward Manager currently employed at Aldermore Bank since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica Hurley spent over a decade at Lloyds Banking Group, where responsibilities included leading the disclosure of the Group's Directors’ Remuneration Report and overseeing governance activities as a Senior Reward Governance Manager. Jessica Hurley also held positions as Senior Manager, Reward and Executive Reward Manager during their tenure at Lloyds.
