Tim Bearder

Tim Bearder has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Tim started their career as a Service Manager at JCT600 Volkswagen/Audi in 1986 and later worked as a Workshop Controller/Foreman at JCT600 Fiat. In 1989, they joined Massingberd Otley as a Workshop Controller/Foreman and Recovery and Breakdown Manager. In 1993, they became the Aftersales Manager at Mill Garages York for Citroen. From 1994 to 1999, they worked as a Service Manager at JCT600 Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Lotus (Specialist Cars). Tim then joined Lightcliffe Motors as an Operations Manager/Service Manager from 1999 to 2002. From 2002 to 2007, they held various roles including Brand Manager, General Manager, and Dealer Principal at Lightcliffe Skoda/Lightcliffe Volkswagen/Express. Tim then became the Proprietor of Specialist Car Sourcing from 2007 to 2008, specializing in vehicle sourcing, trading, and retail through various channels. Currently, Tim Bearder is the Head of Specialist Vehicle Operations at Aldermore Bank, where they provide valuations and insights for specialist and classic vehicles.
