Andy Rodgers

Andy Rodgers currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at Aldevron, a position held since March 2019, after previously holding the same title at Varistar from August 2013 to January 2018, where Andy was instrumental in establishing the "Lean Enterprise" and promoting collaboration through various continuous improvement methodologies. Prior experience includes roles at The Toro Company as Advanced Sourcing Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, where Andy led cross-functional teams and implemented strategic sourcing initiatives. Earlier career highlights encompass a Continuous Improvement Manager role at Landscape Structures and a Business Process Improvement Manager position at Pella Corporation, along with service in the National Guard. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
