Jan Oostvogels

Jan Oostvogels is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the retail and logistics sectors. As CEO of Aldi Nederland since March 2020, Jan oversees operations and strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Jan served as Managing Director of Business Support & Development Europe for ALDI Nord Group from February 2019 to March 2020. Jan's career at ALDI Belgium spanned nearly two decades, where positions included Administrateur Délégué, Directeur de Vente, and Directeur Logistique. Jan's earlier experience includes roles as Logistics Manager at CP Ships Logistics and Senior Logistics Specialist Europe at Lykes Lines Ltd. Jan holds a Master in Applied Economics from UFSIA (Université Anvers), obtained between 1986 and 1990.
