Iñigo Fika

Iñigo Fika has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Iñigo started their career as a Consultant at Albia Consulting from 2008 to 2009. Iñigo then worked as a Freelance Consultant for an online car sharing start-up, where they developed commercial strategy and supervised website development. From 2010 to 2016, they joined Matrix Consulting as an Associate, Project Manager, and eventually became Director/Principal. At Matrix Consulting, they led complex business transformations, managed strategic planning, and supervised the internal IT area for several Latin American countries. In 2016, they joined OXXO as Director Comercial, overseeing sales strategy, store layouts, category management, pricing, and marketing. Currently, they are working at ALDI ESPAÑA as Managing Director National Sales and Vice CEO.

Iñigo Fika has an MBA in Strategy & Finance from IE Business School, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Telecommunications from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea from 2000 to 2007. In 2018, they completed a diploma in Organizational Leadership from Universidad de Chile. Iñigo also attended Università di Trento in 2005-2006. Iñigo'ssecondary education was completed at St George's English School from 1985 to 2000. Iñigo has an additional certification in Transversal Leadership from ALDI - Programa Liderazgo Transversal- Auténticos Emprendedores, obtained in 2023 from Esade.
