José Manuel Sala de Rafael

José Manuel Sala de Rafael has extensive work experience in supply chain and operations management. José Manuel currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain at ALDI ESPAÑA. Prior to that, they worked at Glovo as the Global Head of Groceries Operations. José Manuel also held a leadership position at MediaMarkt Iberia as the Head of Supply Chain and Omnichannel Operations. Previously, José worked at Amazon Spain & Italy, where they served as the External Fulfillment Operations Manager and Vendor Operations Manager. Their career began at Alfa Consulting, where they worked as an Operations Consultant during their MBA internship. José also has automotive engineering experience, having worked at Nissan Motor Corporation and Altran Technologies in various roles, including Driveability Calibration Engineer and Automotive Engineer in Spain and Japan.
