Cody Backus

Cody Backus is an Executive Manager of Sustainability Project Implementation at ALDI USA, where they currently lead initiatives focused on sustainability. Previously, Cody was a District Manager at ALDI USA, overseeing a team of 80-100 employees and successfully managing the operational execution of 22 new store openings. Their career began at American Eagle Outfitters Inc., where they served as an Assistant Manager and exceeded sales benchmarks in the Northeast region. Additionally, Cody has experience in store management at AT&T, driving significant production increases and fostering customer engagement. Cody holds a degree from Central Connecticut State University, completing their studies in 2013.
