Alessandro Era

Alessandro Era is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as Property Director at ALDI Italia since May 2017, Alessandro is responsible for coordinating real estate operations and negotiating acquisitions and leases within budgetary constraints. Previously held the position of Responsabile Sviluppo Immobiliare at both ALDI Italia and Penny Market, where Alessandro focused on territorial analysis and the identification of new store locations while managing contract negotiations. Earlier in career, Alessandro was a Responsabile di zona at Penny Market, overseeing commercial and economic management of multiple locations in Tuscany, and gained initial experience in the role of Responsabile di Zona at Plus Italia Discount Alimentare.
