Kathrin Lotz is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in category management and strategy. Currently serving as Senior Team Lead Procurement Strategy at ALDI Nord Group since April 2022, Kathrin has held various leadership roles, including Team Lead and Senior Manager across procurement and category coordination. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Douglas from August 2009 to April 2022, where titles ranged from Category Manager to Head of Category Management for Private Label Skincare & Fragrance. Earlier career stages included a trade marketing role and internship in category management and corporate development. Kathrin holds a Diplom-Kauffrau degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Hochschule Bochum, earned between 2006 and 2009.
