Nadine Shaalan

Nadine Shaalan is an experienced professional in data protection and legal compliance, currently serving as the Data Protection Manager for Strategy & Governance at ALDI Nord Group since February 2020. Prior to this role, Nadine worked as a Legal Consultant specializing in privacy for VONQ, where responsibilities included ensuring GDPR compliance and assisting in the M&A process. Additional experience includes roles as a Junior Manager and Junior Consultant in data protection, as well as legal internships involving compliance and research across various legal domains. Nadine holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in International and European Law from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and has a strong background in language education, having served as a private tutor.
