Nicole Dünne

Nicole Dünne has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Nicole is currently working at ALDI Süd as the PO Chapter Lead & IT Manager at ALDI Digital Services GmbH within the Unternehmensgruppe ALDI Süd. Prior to this, they held the role of Product Owner (Customer Facing Solutions) and Business Analyst (Customer Facing Solutions) at ALDI Süd.

Before their time at ALDI Süd, Nicole worked at ista as a Senior Venture Architect (Digital Sales and Services). Nicole also had an extensive tenure at innogy SE, where they served as a Senior Product Manager (International Digital Channels).

Their earlier experiences include working at C&A as a Digital Communications Specialist and being involved in Trainings Management, Micro Strategy Architecture, and Software Development. Nicole began their career at adesso SE, where they worked as a Consultant, focusing on Software Development and Project Management. Prior to that, they had a role in Software Development at Karstadt AG.

Nicole Dünne has a background in data processing and design. Nicole worked as a Data Processing Clerk at Karstadt AG and as a Design Assistant for Graphics at the Gewerbliche Schulen der Stadt Essen. In terms of certifications, Nicole obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ II (PSPO II) from Scrum.org in 2021, the SCRUM MASTER certification from borisgloger consulting GmbH in 2021, the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019, the PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2019, the Design Sprint Facilitator certification from NEONSPRINTS in 2019, and the ITIL Foundation Examination certification from APMG International in 2012.
