Morgan Groce

Morgan Groce is currently a District Manager Trainee at ALDI USA, where responsibilities include recruiting talent, building campus relationships, and promoting brand awareness. Morgan previously served as a District Manager Intern, performing store quality checks and assisting in operational tasks. In leadership roles at Delta Sigma Pi's Beta Zeta Chapter at LSU, Morgan served as President and Chancellor, conducting meetings and fostering collaboration among members. Morgan also gained marketing experience as Head of Marketing and Head of Merchandising within the fraternity. Prior experience includes a Sales Associate position at Victoria's Secret, enhancing sales through customer engagement, and serving as a Social Media Manager at HOMESTEAD STEAKS LLC, focusing on promotional content and customer analytics. Morgan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in General Business with a focus on Digital Marketing at Louisiana State University, expected to graduate in May 2024.
