Dr. Shanaya Anderson has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as the Director of Online Learning at Aldine ISD since August 2006, where responsibilities include overseeing the Virtual School program and enhancing online learning initiatives. Previous roles within Aldine ISD include Virtual School Coordinator and Online Learning Lab Facilitator, focusing on technology-driven education and interventions for high school students with learning challenges. Dr. Anderson also contributed to education as a team lead and 5th-grade educator, playing a key role in curriculum development. Prior to her tenure in education, Dr. Anderson worked as a Property Tax Account Representative at Burr Wolff and as a Compliance Auditor at Wachovia Securities Financial Network. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Abilene Christian University and multiple Master’s degrees from Lamar University and other institutions, culminating in a well-rounded expertise in both educational and business settings.
