Karen Hill

Karen Hill is an experienced educational professional with a diverse background in literacy coaching, teaching, and school leadership. Currently serving as a District Literacy Coach for Aldine ISD, Karen has previously held roles such as Third Grade Teacher and Principal in various school districts, including Houston ISD and Brookesmith ISD. Significant contributions include implementation of the Literacy By 3 initiative, project management of grant-funded programs, and instructional leadership in middle school settings. With a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and extensive experience in curriculum development and teacher supervision, Karen Hill is dedicated to enhancing student success and promoting effective literacy practices in education.
