Mindy S. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role was as the Executive Director of HR Total Rewards at Aldine ISD, where they also served as the Human Resources Director for Employee Benefits. Prior to that, they worked at Marqeta, Inc. as a People Team Global Benefits Consultant and at AXIOS Industrial Group as a Human Resources Director. Mindy has also held positions such as Human Resources Manager at QuVa Pharma, Inc. and Great Day Improvements, LLC, as well as Vice President of Human Resources at InterLinc Mortgage Services, LLC. Earlier in their career, they worked at CB&I as a Human Resources Manager and at OMNIBANK NA as the SVP of Human Resources. Mindy has also contributed to M&T Bank as a Training Manager, Senior Trainer, Training Specialist, and Senior Employee Benefits Specialist. Mindy began their career as a Corporate HR Generalist at The Park Associates. Mindy's experience spans various HR functions including benefits administration, talent management, compensation, HRIS, and employee relations.

Mindy S. obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from D'Youville University in the years 1994-1998. Mindy also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Business Management from D'Youville University. Additionally, Mindy has certifications in various HR-related topics, such as HR Communication, Hiring and Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace, and Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) from Cornell University. Mindy has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Turning Boring Presentations into Engaging Training with Video, Communicating Employee Rewards, and 20 Habits of Executive Leadership, among others. Mindy also completed a Management Development Program from the Texas Bankers Association.
