Daianara Grullon Amalfitano

Daianara Grullon Amalfitano is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in brand strategy and product development, currently serving as Chief Brand and Product Officer for ALDO Group since February 2016. In this role, Daianara leads global initiatives in brand strategy, content development, social media, public relations, and oversees the design and development of ladies' and men's footwear, handbags, and accessories, as well as global merchandising and buying. Previously, Daianara held the position of SVP of Aldo Brand and VP of Global Footwear, where responsibilities included managing global footwear design and product operations. Prior to joining ALDO, Daianara served as President of Specialty Brands and International Brand Manager at Steve Madden from January 1994 to January 2016.
