Marty Bradley

Marty Bradley has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Marty began their career in 1999 at Aldridge Electric as a Telecommunications Project Manager, where they contributed to the company's revenue growth. Marty later moved to Wesco Electric/Crescent Electric/Brook Electric in 2004, where they served as a Sales Distribution Specialist, assisting electrical contractors with pricing packages for bid preparations.

Bradley rejoined Aldridge Electric in 2011 as a Division Manager for the East Coast and Midwest Regions, successfully leading the company to become one of the top specialty drillers in the US. Marty then took on the role of Vice President and Director of Business Operations, overseeing a $150M division and implementing best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.

In 2017, Bradley was appointed as the Vice President of the California Region, where they focused on transforming the underperforming transportation division and pursuing large-scale projects with various sectors. Most recently, they became the Executive Director of Business Operations, Utility Division at Aldridge Electric, where they direct the strategy and plan for the Power Group and identifies major contracts.

Throughout their career, Marty Bradley has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to achieving exemplary performance.

Marty Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, Marty has pursued further education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completing a program in CEI Executive Education.
